1.) How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from all major Credit Card companies (Visa, MasterCard,)

2.) When Will My Purchase be shipped?

Items that are in stock and readily made will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

3.) If ordered item not in stock?

Our items can sell out within hours and we may not be able to restock them. However, if there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email us at contact@rytlar.com with a list of items so that you can be placed on an email notification list. If the particular item you are interested in happens to become available again, we will be sure to notify you.

4.) Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Shipping costs will be calculated on your order before you pay.

 

5.) How are local deliveries made?

Local deliveries are made using Uber Connect.

6.) How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on your location, shipping within the US will take anywhere from 8-15 business days.

International orders can be delivered within 13-15 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.

7.) Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

8.) What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for cases in which the item arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If you need to return an item, please email us at contact@rytlar.com and we will do our best to make the return process as simple as possible.
